Within the Maremma Park, in one of the last unpolluted and protected areas                      in Europe, 2 km from the sea only, you can find the Femminella Farm,                          where either restored or new, however well-refined flats are offered to you,                   different in size, among cultivated fields, pine forest and horse pasture.                            Every apartment (1/2/3 rooms, either on two storeys, or at the ground floor only)            has got private garden, independent entrance, telephone , heating, air conditioning         and TV set. You can choose between the former barn, with varied one/ two-             roomed flats, with air-conditioning, loft and private garden with a 1.10 mt. High           fence, and brand new two-roomed flats, furnished with walnut furniture in                       plain style. Dishes bikes and orthopaedic mattresses available. The sea is 2 km                    away and can be easily reached be bike or car, along the Principina way,                     sided   with a nice pine forest and equipped with a bike path.   At "la Femminella"    there is an unpaved road, perpendicular to the Principina road, which, inside the park,              leads to the seaside as well. But it isuncomfortable to go to the beach every                   day, so we suggest to have a walk there to admire the wonderful landscape of the Uccellina hills, to meet roe deer and stop at the small salted lake towards the                 end of the farm. The coastal strip is very wide, from the Ombrone mouth to                   Principina a Mare and from there again towards Castiglione . You can walk also               for four km without meeting a house or a lido, that are however available in                Principina, Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione, if you like them. In some stretches of beach dogs are allowed. The first shops are 450 mt away from "La Femminella"; our guests can also play tennis in Principina a mare or Golf in Punta Ala.
