The route that will allow us to discover or rediscover one of the most fascinating natural parks in Italy goes from Talamone to Alberese, is about 20 kilometers, with continuous ups and downs from 0 to 400 meters. You will reach the mysterious Abbey of San Rabano, to learn the evocative history of a building suspended between hills and sea and we will pass through the watchtowers that stand out on the Mediterranean maquis.
