Golf courses, Local and folcloristic Maremma celebrations Giuncola is a "casale" of the mid nineteenth century, it is the heart fo the azienda agraria. unique due to its history ..it was first taken by Leopoldo di Lorena to make the earth fertile, then turned into a convent at the beginning of the twentieth century and finally turned into stables and farmhouse until two years ago. Infact, in 2002 the "casale" was restructured following the local traditions and style. We tried to join tecnology with the "past". the whole agriturismo is endowed with a hidden refreshing/heating sistem which gives a separate microclima to each room. Inside Giuncola you may find the chimney of your dreams where you can read a good book or sip a wonderful "morellino" wine. The restaurant was born from the old stables and from it you will enjoy the marvelous panorama of the near countryside. The main aim of this project was that of preserving the calm of the open countryside. This is why the three "casale" are positioned on a 2 hectar area, in order to guarantee silence and privacy. The dream of who is writing is to offer to whoever sleeps in Giuncola the possibility of living the sound of silence which encloses the singing of the birds. The most important thing for us was not to alter anything of this amazing place. All of the 14 rooms of the three "casale" are interiorly decorated with antique furniture, ferro battuto beds, "cotto" pavements and ceilings with wooden logs. endowed with all conforts: tv, telephone, fridge, hidden heating and refreshing ecological sistem, each room has its small terrace where you may spend relaxing moments. Casale San Luca this "casale" is in direct contact with the Azienda Agraria. Infact only a strip of medical grass divides the guest from a a field of corn or tomatoes. We wanted to show you how nature changes day after day and how from a small plant a watermelon or tomatoes are born. Casale San Marco In the middle of the green grass, situated in front of La Giuncola. From here you can enjoy the beautiful Maremma sunfalls next to the pozzo of the nineteenth century. Casale San Mario this is considered to be the panoramic "casale". >From the "cotto" terrace it is possible to see the cultivated fields which descend towards the hills of the Parco della Maremma. Situated in the old Giuncola stables, it offers a finely decorated area, a unique view on the azienda agraria. In the Restaurant menu you will find tipical tuscany plates and a good assortment of local and non-local wines.
