The Estate Country Villas Fattoria le Guardiole, is in the green of Maremma hills, covering about 160 hectares of land used for the cultivation of vines, olives and cereals. It is divided between the Villa Padronale and the agriturismo . The first converted into a Relais, spread over two floors, 12 rooms and the hall , all furnished with 1800's and equipped with all comforts for an unforgettable experience in the Tuscan countryside. Two of them are equipped for disabled people. The upper floor is easily accessible by elevator. At 800 meters from the villa lies the farm, nestled in a green expanse, with six rooms and three apartments, equipped with every comfort . The small common room on the ground floor of the farm is the place where you can meet and socialize with other guests. The outside patio on the lawn is ideal place where you can have your breakfast in direct contact with nature. One of the six rooms has been designed to be easily accessible by guests. Guests can relax in the pool. Hottub, traditional pool to the children pool, about 20 cm high, young and old people can enjoy moments of leisure and relax in the nature.
