“Tenimenti della Spinosa” is a farm holiday facility divided, as it used to be in the past, into various farms spread throughout the municipalities of Sorano and Pitigliano. We are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Maremma, on the borders of Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.  First the Etruscans and then the Romans left incredible traces of their presence in these areas: necropolises, objects of every type and value and town walls. The apartments are located in a typical Maremma-style farmhouse built in tuff, onto which a portico was built at the end of the twentieth century so that more use could be made of the exterior area. Apartment “le Rose”: 6 people Situated on the first floor of the farmhouse, it is composed of a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two three-quarter size beds, a bathroom with shower, a large kitchen (oven, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher), double sitting-room with large dining table and fireplace, a study with large double bed. The apartment also has a dining table in the garden under a pergola. Stereo and satellite TV, a large parking area and shared swimming-pool. Apartment “le Mucche”: 4 people This is situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse and is composed of a kitchen-dining-room with two settees (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and oven) a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. A portion of the garden, with a dining table under the shade of large trees, is reserved for the guests. Stereo and satellite TV, a large parking area and shared swimming-pool . Apartment “le Maschere”: 2+2 people This apartment is also situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse and is composed of a double bedroom with bathroom and shower, a corner-kitchen and sitting-room-dining-room with two settees, one of which can be made into a large double bed. Guests may use the portico adjacent to the apartment. Stereo and satellite TV, a large parking area and shared swimming-pool.
