Mario Pratesi, the unpublished work. Novels and stories" is the title of the volume that will be presented Saturday, October 8, at 17:30, in the Sala del Popolo of Santa Fiora.
With this editorial initiative, promoted by the Santa Fiora Cultura Foundation in collaboration with the City, are published some unpublished by Mario Pratesi, on the centenary of the death of the writer amiatino, Born in Santa Fiora in 1842 and died in Florence in 1921.
These are novels and short stories, related to the period 1908-1921, divided into three publications.
The volume that will be presented on Saturday is the first of the three coming out. This book contains works of fiction from 1908-1911: the novel La follia del marchese Roberto (1908) and the short stories "Le due figliuole dell'ostessa" (1910) and "Il Capitano delle corazze" (1911).
