The tour begins with a visit to #Pitigliano, a charming village entirely built on a tuff cliff, known as the "Little Jerusalem". We will then make a trek inside some of the most beautiful Vie Cave in the area, already dug into the tuff by the Etruscans, which will allow us to reach Sovana. On the way, packed lunch at the Fonte dell'Olmo. We will visit the historic center of the ancient capital of the great fief Aldobrandesco, important for the many palaces and sacred buildings of the Romanesque period including the beautiful Cathedral (admission fee, optional); possibility to visit the most important Etruscan necropolis of the Parco della Civiltà del Tufo, including the Tomba Ildebranda (optional visit with admission fee)
