It is a tourist instrument wich resumes all the most interesting sea and lake localities and points up the commitment for the environment protection and the sustainable development for the perfect vacation.

That's a choice based on the quality of the sea water, on the efficiencyof the separate collection of garbage and on the good administation of the water resources; but it is also based on the efficency of services, on the valorization of the environment and on local productions. So what's the difference between blue flags and blue sails? The blue flags point up the excellence of the environment parameter, while the blue sails point up the entire turistic offer of a locality.
