This building, located in Cinigiano, dates back to the end of the 1400s with a renovation in the 1900s. It was built by the will of some inhabitants of Cinigiano who asked the Bishop of Pienza and Montalcino, Tommaso Piccolomini, to build a chapel dedicated to the Madonna delle Nevi. Inside there are frescoes discovered at the end of the 1960s which depict the saints John the Baptist, Leonardo, William, Francis of Assisi and the Madonna crowned by two angels between the saints Michael the Archangel and Anthony the Abbot. In the presbytery there is a panel with the Madonna and Child between St. John and St. Joseph from 1857.
