From afar you can see its walls, built with large blocks of stone with shapes that fit perfectly together. Roselle today is an archaeological area that develops on two hills, partially surrounded by the Mediterranean maquis and that collects the remains of a city with a grandiose past. First Etruscan, it retains some buildings of the seventh and sixth centuries: something more unique than rare. Roman later, allows you to walk through the district of the forum, completely brought to light and to visit a domus with mosaics in the spa area.
Roselle has been alive for hundreds and hundreds of years, with evidence that covers a period of time that largely reaches the Middle Ages: a visit to the archaeological area is not just a walk in history, but an all-round experience. The beauty of the territory, in fact, is not only a frame, but an integral part of the tour, which gives the guest the feeling of being in a place detached from the chaos of the world, a place where nature still marks the passage of time.
