The Residence Verde Pineta was built few years ago and, set in one of the quietest places, it’ s only 700 metres far away from the beach. It’s also the ideal starting point for the discovery of the wonderful coasts and little medieval towns of Maremma. The residence is modern and warm and here our guests can benefit from a small bar, a reading – room, a small laundry and a private car- park.   Our aprtments: Bilocali: living room with double sofa – bed, separated kitchen, double room, bathroom with shower and balcony. For Bilocali at low ground, with the garden (with tiles or sand) there is a supplement of euro 50,00. Monolocali grandi/big : a unique room with double sofa – bed or double - bed (depending on the availability), a cooking corner, bathroom with shower and balcony with view on the swimming - pool. Accepted a child till 12 moths years old. Monolocale piccolI/small: a unique room with double sofa – bed, small cooking corner, bathroom with shower and balcony with back - looking view.   Each apartment has air – conditioner, television,and phone.
