Cult: Lo schermo raccontato

In July, the Molino Hub in Grosseto (Via del Molino a Vento 17) is transformed into an open-air stage for three evenings dedicated to great musical cinema. The Molino Cult review, promoted by Chiasso!Cult with the associations CLAN and Kansassiti, features three iconic films where music is the absolute protagonist.

Wednesday 9 July, 9 p.m.
The Commitments (1991) by Alan Parker
An unlikely soul band born in the suburbs of Dublin wins the hearts of audiences with grit, irony and a legendary soundtrack. The evening will be introduced by Lamberto Pieraccini, a Grosseto musician and expert in Soul and R&B.

Wednesday 16 July, 9 p.m.
Saturday Night Fever (1977) by John Badham
John Travolta enters the legend as Tony Manero, a young New Yorker who finds in dancing his only escape route. A cult film of the 1970s with the overwhelming music of the Bee Gees and the glittering lights of disco.

Wednesday 30 July, 9 p.m.
Pink Floyd - The Wall (1982) by Alan Parker
A unique visual and musical experience of animation, symbolism and psychedelic rock. Pink Floyd's concept album comes to life in a visionary film that explores alienation, war and rebellion.

🎟 Free admission with Kansassiti or CLAN membership card (can be made directly on site for €5).
