From 16 to 20 August 2026, Pitigliano (GR) will host “Aria di Tufo – Where Tradition Lives”, an event that brings together local history, folklore and cuisine.

The programme begins on Sunday 16 August with the Feast of the Patron Saint: at 6.00 pm, Holy Mass will be celebrated in the Cathedral, followed by a procession, whilst from 9.00 pm there will be celebrations in Capisotto with live music.

In addition, every day from 5.00 pm in Piazza della Repubblica, visitors will be able to sample the traditional St Joseph’s fritters and Pitigliano’s ‘migliacce’.
