A new event has been added to the SUMMER 2026 EVENTS calendar for the two seaside resorts in the Grosseto area. On Saturday 18 July, Principina a Mare will host ‘Vintage Night’, an evening with a retro feel that will showcase the fashions and icons of the last century.
The event kicks off at 7.00 pm with a large gathering of vintage cars and motorbikes. Six car and motorbike clubs will parade through Principina: AMAS (Historic Cars and Motorbikes), CLAMOS (Historic Cars and Motorbikes), Fiat Club 500 Grosseto, Fiat Club 500 Follonica, Vespa Club Grosseto and Vespa Club Castiglione della Pescaia. The vintage vehicles will then be parked along the entire length of Viale Tirreno.
At 9.15 pm, the play area (opposite the bazaar) will open, featuring traditional games organised by Bandus’s Ludobus and ABIO. The evening will be enlivened by musical performances from the Leggera Electric Folk Band, a formidable band from the Amiata area led by Gianmarco Nucciotti, which combines the power of rock with the poetry of folk music.
