“Tasting History: ‘At the Priors’ Table – Food and Social Markers on 14th-Century Tables’”

Third event of “Tasting History”, the final appointment in a series of three meetings dedicated to the medieval history of the town, enriched by tastings of historical recipes inspired by manuscripts from the 13th to the 16th century, in preparation for the second edition of “Alla Tavola dei Priori”, scheduled for June 27.

On this occasion, the theme will be:

“At the Priors’ Table – Food and Social Markers on 14th-Century Tables”
with Dr. Marialuisa Cecere

Historical tasting:
