From Friday 4th to Sunday 6th September, the Porcini Mushroom Festival will take place in Caldana, a hamlet of Gavorrano (GR).

The event, which is being held in the new ‘Il Giardino’ festival area with its panoramic terrace, will offer the chance to sample a wide range of specialities made with porcini mushrooms. The restaurant will be open on Friday and Saturday from 7.00 pm, and on Sunday also for lunch from 12.00 noon.

This long weekend will also be enlivened by musical entertainment.

The Porcini Mushroom Festival is organised by the Società di Mutuo Soccorso Association.
