La Cava di Roselle will be back in action from Monday 29 June to Friday 3 July for three wonderful evenings aimed at both adults and children, with the aim of raising funds for the Meyer Children’s Hospital Foundation in support of the paediatric neuro-oncology department at the Meyer Hospital in Florence.
The 2026 edition kicks off on Monday 29 June with the ‘Chef in Cava’ dinner, featuring twenty-six leading names in the culinary world, both local and from across Tuscany: sixteen chefs, including five Michelin-starred chefs, three pizza chefs and seven pastry chefs, who will serve specialities from land and sea using local produce; the wines will also be from the region; The event continues on Wednesday 1 July, Maria Sole’s birthday, with ‘Bimbi in Cava’, an afternoon of games, colours and shows dedicated to the little ones; it concludes on Friday 3 July with the ‘Burraco in Cava’ tournament.

7.00 pm: aperitif featuring produce from the Maremma and Amiata regions
8.30 pm: dinner prepared by leading local chefs and chefs from across Tuscany

At 8 pm, a complimentary dinner for all children featuring a tasty menu of pasta with tomato sauce, chips, bread and Nutella. A barbecue menu will be available for adults

Friday 3 July, “Burraco in Cava”
8.45 pm: 4 rounds of Italian or international Nitchell, single ranking
