The most anticipated event is back: the Pari Sausage Festival, now in its 58th edition! Three days of celebration including typical traditional dishes, music and fun in the streets of the village 🎵

😮 It starts on Friday, September 26 with the food stand opening at 7 pm, followed by music and entertainment until late in the evening!

🤩 On 27 and 28 September, lunches and dinners await you with our specialities — from polenta to woodcutter to tagliatelle with sausage ragout, from ciaccini cooked in a wood oven to beans and bird — and lots of music to experience the unique atmosphere of the festival!
