SUNDAY 27 SEPTEMBER: Il Balcone della Maremma:  a day on the roof of the plain.

 The event is completely FREE, but places are limited!

 When: Sunday 27 September 2026, from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm

 Starting point: the historic centre of Montepescali.

 A full-day walking tour through the vineyards and olive groves on the Montepescali hillside. The route includes stops to interpret the landscape and learn more about its history and natural features. From the summit, on a clear day, the view stretches across the Grosseto plain, the coast and the Tuscan Archipelago as far as Corsica.

What to bring (Essential):

Comfortable sportswear

Closed-toe trainers (no flip-flops or sandals!)

Plenty of water (at least half a litre per person)

Packed lunch

Recommended: a hat, insect repellent and a pair of binoculars for spotting wildlife!
