Pitigliano participates in the 10th National Day “Walk among the Olives”

On Sunday, October 25th, the Olive Tree Walk returns, an initiative promoted by the National Association of Olive Oil Cities. It involves Italian olive oil cities on a day dedicated to discovering their olive heritage, landscape, and local traditions.

The theme of the 2026 edition is “Roots of Italy. Each cultivar, a story to tell”, with particular attention to Italy's olive biodiversity and the varieties that tell the identity of the different territories.

In Pitigliano, the meeting is at 9:30 a.m. with guide Raffaella Agresti in the parking lot of the Church of Madonna delle Grazie. From here, a narrative stroll will begin with actress Elena Guerrini, exploring olive trees, culture, and traditions, concluding with a tasting at the Mario Lapi Agricultural Company.
