Donkey trekking in the company of the Amiata fuses, the characteristic donkeys of Mount Amiata, with an approach to these animals which have alleviated the fatigue of charcoal burners and woodcutters for a long time. With the "bassoon" of their packed lunch, participants will experience loading the typical "Basto" pack saddle. A route from Montegiovi to Montenero in the beautiful valley of the Zancona stream with views of Mount Amiata with a visit to the villages and an oil mill to taste the new oil.
