Sunday, July 6 Grosseto will host the 9th regional meeting of the Vespa Club, an event that will bring in the city hundreds of fans of the famous vintage bikes from all over Tuscany and beyond. The meeting, in fact, despite being regional level, has already collected numerous registrations also from other areas of Italy. The event, sponsored by the Municipality that recognizes its value in terms of tourist promotion, cultural and social, is organized by the Vespa Club Grosseto.
The day will open at 8.00 in Piazza del Popolo, with registration and breakfast at the Chalet (Piazza del Popolo 7). At 10.00 is the departure of the procession, which will cross the streets of the city center and then continue along a scenic route through some of the most suggestive locations in the Maremma: Istia d'Ombrone, Arcille, Cinigiano, Castel Porrona (where an aperitif is scheduled at 11.30), Sasso d'Ombrone and finally Paganico, where the arrival is expected at 13.30 for lunch.
The meeting, which will see the participation of about 200 vespa with historical and prestigious models, will be an opportunity to discover and rediscover, riding the Vespa, the beauty of the Maremma landscape and the richness of its traditions.
