Experience sport on the walls of Grosseto!

On Saturday 8 November, from 9.00 am, we are waiting for you at Bastione Maiano – Medici Walls for a morning dedicated to well-being, movement and sociality.

Schedule:
9.00 – Meeting at Bastione Maiano and registration (€5)
9.30 – Metabolic walk with Clarissa Sansoni and Roberta Bruscoli (route along the Medici Walls)
10.30 – Yoga Flow with Irene Filipeschi
11.40 – Final regards
