The Provincial Palace of Grosseto opens to the arts and traditions of Japan with “Japanese Harmonies, Stories, Arts, Encounters, Homage to the City of Kashiwara”, from November 29 to December 7, 2025 in the institution's exhibition halls. A cultural journey consisting of two exhibitions –one on “UNESCO World Heritage in Japan” featuring photographs by Miyoshi Kazuyoshi, and one on bonsai –and a series of meetings to explore Japanese literature, discover the refined calligraphy and elegant paper architecture of contemporary origami, and explore bonsai art and the ancient tradition of sake.
