On the occasion of the splendid exhibition organized in Florence, which ends in January, we will meet one of the protagonists of the transformation of Florentine painting between the 14th and 15th centuries. A full day to learn about its works and artistic evolution, starting from the late Gothic legacy, until you see it using the principles of nascent Renaissance art. The guided tour will start from the museum of San Marco, treasure trove of the precious frescoes of Beato Angelico, and then move to Palazzo Strozzi, where we can admire works of art from abroad. A unique and unrepeatable exhibition resulting from over four years of preparation, the project has made possible an operation of exceptional scientific value and cultural importance, thanks also to a comprehensive restoration campaign and the possibility of reunifying altarpieces that have been dismembered and dispersed for over two hundred years.
