‘SACRED ANOMALY’
Trained at the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome, Ranieri has developed a body of work that intertwines theatre, fashion and sculpture, creating pieces that engage with both the past and contemporary sensibilities. The exhibition centres on ceramics, an ancient and powerful medium, through which the artist reinterprets sacred figures, goddesses and female icons, liberating them from passive representation to restore a new expressive power.
The works on display navigate between memory and rebirth, transforming myth into a contemporary presence and clay into body, identity and narrative. “Anomalia Sacra | Divine Ironie” invites visitors to engage with evocative and symbolic images, in an ongoing dialogue between spirituality, irony and the reinterpretation of the feminine.
