TRADITION IN A GLASS. Ancient and contemporary craftsmanship in wine production.

Friday 11 September at 6.00 pm – New conference at MAAM

Discovering wine production through the ages, from the Etruscans right up to the present day, thanks to our two guests:

Riccardo Chessa, experimental archaeologist and scientific director of the ‘Gli Albori’ archaeological park, who will present a historical overview of wine production.

Simone Castelli, provincial president of Coldiretti Grosseto, winegrower and owner of Podere 414.

We will continue to explore the theme of DESIGN FUNZIONE ARTE, the exhibition curated by Alessandro Corina, which in this edition focuses on ancient and contemporary craftsmanship.

The exhibition will be open until 30 September 2026 at our museum.
