The Festival of Poetry at Salaiola, a poetry - writing and art review organised by the L'Aquilaia Social Promotion Association (based in the municipality of Arcidosso, on Monte Amiata) continues on the thread of the traditional rendezvous, born over twenty years ago and transformed over time following new impulses and new formulas, but always characterised by its authenticity.

The 2024 edition will not fail to pay homage to the figure of the late friend-companion and poet Professor Antonio Paolo Bonchino and to the poetry of Paola Lucarini (who also recently passed away), who participated in the Poetry Festival over the years.

The Review, which opened on 6 July with Le suggestioni del silenzio (The suggestions of silence) by Federica Finocchi, accompanied by the poet-writer Sandra Maria Dami in the presentation of what she calls a 'small book', continues on Saturday 20 July at 6. 30 with La disciplina della nebbia (The discipline of fog) by Massimiliano Bardotti, president of the Sguardo e Sogno cultural association, founded by Paola Lucarini; curator of the Fuori Stagione poetry series, together with Gregorio Iacopini and Serse Cardellini; responsible since 2022, together with the poet Valerio Grutt. of the Annual School of Poetry (La parola, l'ispirazione, la voce) conceived by Valentina Lingria. The author will be introduced by Anna Paola Pecci.

Closing this year's kermesse, on 15 September at 4.30 p.m., the writings of Emilio Sarti, Passo dopo passo, introduced by Mario Papalini - Effigi.
