Dante Alighieri opens the Literary Square in Santa Fiora
On Wednesday 12 August, at 7.00 pm, Riccardo Starnotti will take on the role of the great poet, leading a storytelling walk dedicated to Canto VI of *Purgatorio*.

On Friday 14 August, at 7.00 pm, in Piazza Garibaldi, the spotlight will be on contemporary fiction with Dianora Tinti, who will present *Sopravvivere non basta* (Surviving Is Not Enough), her new novel published by Piemme. A story inspired by real events from the Second World War, spanning three generations and bringing to light family secrets that have remained hidden for decades. Free admission.

‘La Piazza Letteraria’, organised by the Municipality of Santa Fiora in collaboration with the Fondazione Santa Fiora Cultura, will continue with further events in September and October, ensuring the programme’s continuity and offering new cultural opportunities beyond the summer season.
