Bérengère Pampaloni, a French national, graduated in viticulture and oenology in Bordeaux and Toulouse. At the age of 23, she began working in Italy, first in winemaking and later in wine communication. after spending years in Paris, she returned to Tuscany. She now lives in Giuncarico, collaborating with wineries and working in wine tourism in Maremma.
She will explain the fundamentals of oenology and winemaking.
