A stone's throw from the gulf of follonica and the gentle hill of massa marittima, our company extends into a green valley where sheep and goats graze; their milk is processed raw in our small dairy and the cheese obtained is sold directly on the farm. our products are characterized by being particularly suitable for all palates given their high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids, all thanks to the natural pastures and flax seeds that we give them as a daily food ration. we produce various types of pecorino and goat cheeses, fresh, semi-seasoned and seasoned (of which the reserve of over 6 months); then there are the creamy cheeses, normal and spicy and a spreadable blue-veined, stracchino, as well as ricotta, ravaggiolo and primosale cheese. we do shipments and deliveries throughout italy.
