The Reserve includes a picturesque mountainous area with outcrops and rocks
large flowery prairies. From the point of view of fauna, the area is very important
for the presence of various species of birds of prey. The panoramic top of the mountain Labro is occupied by the remains of the sacred buildings of the religious movement founded in the nineteenth century by Davide Lazzaretti, "the prophet of Amiata". We will also visit the Wildlife Park, a "wild park" where animals live in a state of semi-liberty, housed in large enclosures. You can observe animals as fallow deer, deer, roe deer, mouflon, chamois and the now rare Apennine wolf. Among the farm animals, we find the Maremma horse and the "miccio amiatino", donkey with thick hair related to the history and traditions of Mount Amiata
