Pari – Sausage Festival
One of the late-summer events in the Maremma: from 25 to 27 September 2026, the medieval village of Pari, in the municipality of Civitella Paganico, will be filled with aromas, music and authentic flavours.
It is a festival that truly captures the essence of the region, as it combines traditional cuisine, village camaraderie and the cosy atmosphere of a historic centre that seems tailor-made for enjoying festivals at a leisurely pace, between a meal at a communal table and a stroll through the village.
