From 7 to 16 August, San Quirico, a hamlet of Sorano, will host the 64th edition of the Sagra del Pollo.

We are right in the heart of the Tufo area, not far from the border with Lazio and Lake Bolsena. Every summer, this beautiful area hosts a festival which this year marks its 64th edition. The menu naturally features San Quirico-style roast chicken, but you’ll also find other specialities such as Tuscan crostini, pici and tortelli.

The event takes place at the food stalls set up at the Rotonda on Via Indipendenza, which open every evening at 7.30 pm. There’s a packed programme of events scheduled both before and after dinner.
