Since 2002, Girogustando is a philosophy, before a series of events: that of the meeting between cooks, to encourage the exchange of knowledge in the kitchen and on the tables between diners.
Girogustando’s 4-hands events offer a shared menu, composed of expressions of their respective experiences and territories of origin, and accompanied by ingredients of excellence, in the dish as in the glass.
For those who participate, Girogustando is an opportunity for cultural expansion: those who participate know the cooks and their proposals, but also oenologists, sommeliers, artists, men and women bearers of original experiences, curious and related to the context of the events.
Founded and grown on the initiative of Confesercenti Siena, Girogustando has long been one of the flagship events of Vetrina Toscana, the project Regione Toscana-Unioncamere that enhances short food and wine supply chain, quality of artisanal productions and territory.
