On the occasion of the celebrations for the Day of Memory, the Municipality of Santa Fiora, in collaboration with the ANPI section Amiata Grossetana and the Fondazione Santa Fiora Cultura, from 24 January to 2 February, organized a program of initiatives that are articulated in several days, thinking for students and citizens: meetings, screenings, the walk in the ghetto and a theater show.
On Friday, January 31st, at 11 am, a commemorative walk in the Santa Fiora ghetto will be organized for all citizens, with readings proposed by students. Following, "Dust the memory", cleaning of artifacts in the ghetto, made by the students themselves, to keep alive the memory and raise awareness in the community.
