Castel del Piano: The local council is organising ‘Sports Week’, a summer camp aimed at primary school children – from Year 1 to Year 5 – designed to provide families with a service during the summer holidays whilst also creating an opportunity for socialising, integration and personal development through sport.
The initiative, organised in partnership with Amiata Sport, Amiata Outdoor and Siesta, will take place in Campo Grande, Castel del Piano, and will run over two weeks: the first from 29 June to 3 July, and the second from 6 to 10 July. Families can choose to enrol their children for one or both weeks.

Activities will take place every day from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm. A packed lunch is required, to be provided by families. The participation fee is 120 euros per week. The Municipality of Castel del Piano is contributing to the organisation of the camp with the aim of reducing the cost for families and making participation more accessible.
